SCECH and Worklog Submission

• After you have completed the course, you will need to submit the SCECH form and the Worklog to the T3 course by June 15, 2015. This form will be submitted at the time you have completed the course. If you complete the course in January for example, you may submit it then. Please make sure you have filled out the SCECH form and worklog completely filling in all the blanks.

  So to make sure you have done everything appropriately to receive your credits:

  1. Register and pay your $10.00 SCECH fee to MIEM
  2. Keep track of your time on the approved work log
  3. Fill out the SCECH form completely and legibly
  4. After you have completed the course, submit both the worklog and SCECH form electronically to the T3 course. This has to be submitted by June 15, 2015.
  5. Complete the state survey sent to your email address on file in the Secure Central Registry in order to be awarded your SCECHs.
