            Assessment:  After reading the story, the student will orally name the author and illustrator and define the role of each.

            Scoring:

            1=gives all the information

            2=partial information (knows 3 of the 4)

            3=limited information (knows 2 of the 4)

            4=no information (knows 0-1 of the 4)
